Our Part Exchange service offers a quicker, simpler way to move without the delays and uncertainty of a property chain.

To establish the value of your home, we arrange two independent valuations from experienced local estate agents, supported by evidence of comparable properties recently sold in your area. We’ll then make you the best offer we can. This will be below the full market value but provides greater speed, certainty and convenience.

If you accept our offer, we’ll arrange for a surveyor to visit your property and confirm its condition. We’ll also instruct an experienced solicitor from our recommended panel to act on your behalf and their costs are covered by us.

We’ll work towards your preferred completion date or coordinate the sale with when your new home is ready. The process typically takes four to six weeks but can often be completed sooner if needed.

While the legal work is progressing, we ask that an estate agent selected by A2B markets the property on our behalf. This will not affect the agreement between you and A2B. As a thank you for your cooperation, you’ll also receive £250 in vouchers of your choice.

When completion day arrives, there’s no incoming buyer waiting to move in. This means we can usually offer you a few extra days to leave the property, giving you more time and flexibility to move at your own pace.
